I'm Jeanie Cloninger and I was fortunate enough to be 'found' by the Southern Harmony ladies.  I am so grateful that they left a brochure on my mailbox post and I became a member of Southern Harmony Chorus in March, 2008.

I was born in Richmond, VA and have lived there my entire life until last year when I moved to South Carolina to marry my husband Gerald.  I have two children, a daughter and a son.  My daughter Sarah, 27, is currently living with us.  My son, Jordan, resides in heaven (he passed 11 years ago at the age of 10).  I have also been blessed with a wonderful stepdaughter Bridgette who resides in GA.  Back in VA I have my mother and 3 sisters along with 6 nieces and nephews.  Needless to say, I love going 'home' quite often!

I graduated from Henrico High School in Richmond and then attended Baptist Bible College in Missouri.  In Richmond, I worked as a Quality Control Auditor and Financial Facility Controller for Blue Cross of VA (which became a WellPoint company) for 25 years.  I am currently unemployed outside my home but hope to get back to work eventually.  I figure after 25 years I deserve a break!

In my spare time I LOVE to relax on the beach, I'm a crab (zodiac) so that explains my love of the beach and water!  Shell seeking is becoming a hobby too!  I love to read historical fiction and art history fiction but most of all...I LOVE TO SING WITH MY SOUTHERN HARMONY
